These services are typically required by start-up ventures or existing companies considering new products or markets.  In addition to working with the owners to develop a detailed plan, we will also perform functions necessary to implement the plan such as launching marketing programs, establish accounting systems, develop human resource policy and manuals, create operational procedures, etc.
